Yes, but you shouldn’t use this mode of recovery if you have any of the following contraindications;
- Orthostatic hypotension
- Rheumatoid arthritis in the acute inflammatory phase
- Fever of any form
- Claustrophobia and epilepsy
- History of heart problems
Whilst adequately managed hypertension is not a contraindication, cold showers during or after sauna use should be avoided.
