Recover, Rest & Recharge in our spacious, state-of-the-art infrared sauna. Gee Recovery offers “dry” saunas that utilises infrared lamps to therapeutically warm your body directly. This method induces a deep, healthy sweat while the environment maintains a comfortable temperature. Infrared saunas can be used at much lower temperature (between 49°C and 70°C) than traditional saunas and have much lower levels of humidity as well.

ABOUT YOUR SESSION
Our standard infrared sauna sessions are 30 & 60 minutes in length for casual visits. Members are also able to book sauna sessions that are 30 minutes.
